Ho’oponopono

Create a visual gateway for the Ho’oponopono practice—an ancient Hawaiian prayer of repentance, forgiveness, and transformation. The design needed to reflect the four pillars of the mantra: “I’m sorry, Please forgive me, Thank you, I love you,” while maintaining the aesthetic associated with Danielle Van de Velde’s brand. To represent meeting face to face with oneself I utilized a mirror like visual, using a gradient treatment to signify movement of energy and the release of old emotional patterns.
